Re: hartley/ hartley and brookes boat plans well, apart from my earlier experiences in selling, i have ordered full plans from two sources. devlin's arrived after a short interval,mostly caused by customs hassle. oughtred's came within a few days. and a problem was sorted by return in his elegent script.. I have searched all over for samson & hartley designs and alot takes me back to a website ferroboats.com who don't seem to know of this boat "colin brookes" from hartley & brooks says it didnt exist even though i have the plans in front of me, i am not sure if richard hartley (part of hartley & brooks) is the original hartley from samson.
